Nuclear Nonproliferation
XCEL's Nuclear Nonproliferation subject matter experts have a long history of supporting the U.S. Department of Energy through the National Nuclear Security Administration's Global Material Security program. We have a proven track record of successfully supporting critical initiatives in this field.

XCEL is a proud member of IT Lab Partners, LLC (ITLP), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) joint venture with Information Technology Resources, Inc. and Cadre5, LLC. Together, these companies have provided highly technical solutions to federal customers for over five decades. Since 2021, ITLP has successfully managed the Information Technology Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the U.S. Department of Energy's largest science and energy laboratory.
