Customer Experience
Customers who have worked with Vortex have left overwhelmingly positive reviews. Both Aaron Wyant and Ethan Kopsch praised the company's exceptional service, citing their ability to design and build custom parts to high standards. Aaron mentioned that Vortex has been a reliable partner for years, while Ethan highlighted the quality of the parts they built, which met his specific needs and exceeded his expectations.
In contrast, two out of the four reviews left by customers were overwhelmingly negative. Brian Hutchings, who applied for a job at Vortex, shared a horrific experience, claiming that the company was a "dump" and that he would rather be homeless than work there. He also made disparaging comments about the employees and their skills. Jason Czajkowski, who also had a bad experience with Vortex, reported that the company consistently failed to deliver on its promises, citing "excuses about precision, quality OTD" and the fact that many employees left the company within a short period.
DELIVERY AND QUALITY
The reviewers who left positive reviews praised Vortex for delivering high-quality products on time and at a reasonable cost. Ethan, for example, mentioned that the company built a custom part that met his needs and was delivered quickly.
On the other hand, the reviewers who left negative reviews expressed disappointment and frustration with Vortex's inability to deliver on its promises. Brian and Jason reported that the company failed to meet its commitments, with Jason stating that the company was consistently late with deliveries (OTD).
