Our History

Our founders, Mike Hart and Douglas Frederick, merged two businesses, Hart Engineering and Frederick Surveying & Engineering, to create Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C. in 1996. They enjoyed a successful partnership for 18 years before Tony Frederick, a licensed professional land surveyor, took over as the president and sole owner of the company in 2016.
