The company, previously in operation under the name of Moy Civil Engineers since 2002, has a combined experience of over 55+ years in the engineering industry. Rolando Ramirez, P.E. and Raymond Tarin, Jr., P.E. joined Duane A. Moy, P.E. to create Moy Tarin Ramirez Engineers, LLC on January 1, 2010.

MTR provides civil engineering and survey services which span a wide variety of land development types including commercial, residential, governmental, medical, religious, recreational, municipal and educational facility projects.
