Established in 1997, Virgilio & Associates is a full service structural engineering firm dedicated to providing our clients with optimal structural design solutions that are not only sensitive to economic and scheduling priorities, but also tailored to meet their specific needs and challenges. Over the years, we have built a reputation of being problem solving partners whose broad experience and expertise position us well to respond to our clients' variety of project types.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with a wide range of skills and knowledge. Our founder, Paul G. Virgilio, S.E., P.E., has over 40 years of experience in the field, bringing seasoned insights to his clients' projects as well as creative and flexible technical solutions to project challenges. Our team also includes Adrienne Virgilio, who is responsible for all administrative and financial matters for the firm, and has 25 years of experience in a corporate setting before joining the firm.

Additionally, our team includes skilled engineers such as Ryan Freund, S.E., P.E., Sneha Pandya Shah, S.E., James "Jimmy" Nowak, and Marko Konowal, who all bring their unique set of skills and experience to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Over the years, Virgilio & Associates has completed numerous projects across the United States and abroad. Our portfolio includes a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, educational, and industrial buildings. Some of our featured projects include:

• Eleven33 Multi-Family/Residential: This project consists of an eight-story, 230,000 sf apartment building and a three-level, 144,000 sf parking garage.

• 201 E 79th Street Ventilated Facades: This project is a twenty-story residential building featuring ventilated facades.

• Design Ready Controls Warehouse/Industrial: This project is a 96,000 square foot, 28 foot clear height, single story light manufacturing building.

• EdgeConnex Data Center/Data Centers: This project involved the conversion of an existing building to a data center.

• Johnsburg School District 12 High School/Educational: This project involves the addition and renovation of the Johnsburg School District 12 High School Building.

• Oakwood Residences Multi-Family/Residential: This project is a 57,000 square foot, four-story, residential building.

• Steve Napleton Subaru/Automotive: This project is a 47,800 square foot, partial two-story automobile dealership.
