Our Story

At Rock Gap Engineering, we're more than just an engineering and construction firm - we're a community-driven company dedicated to delivering tailored solutions to our clients. Founded in 2005 by Keith Keetso, a member of the Navajo Nation, our company was named after Mr. Keetso's Navajo clan, Tse deeshgizhnii (Rock Gap Clan). Our mission is to raise the performance level of engineering and construction precision, providing focused and tailored solutions to all our clients.

Rock Gap Engineering offers a full range of services, including electrical, civil, and mechanical engineering, as well as construction administration, building commissioning, and project management and controls. Our construction department is managed by experienced professionals with over 50 years of collective experience in general contracting. We also provide a variety of services that contribute to the success of energy projects. Whether you need engineering consulting, construction management, or general contracting, we've got you covered.

Our Expertise

Our team of experts possesses extensive experience in planning, design, engineering, project management, and general contracting. Our professionals hold Department of Defense and Energy clearances, as well as LEED Accreditation. We're certified by the Small Business Administration as an 8(a) business, as well as TERO certified. Our management team brings tools, systems, and procedures developed over time to guide our projects, ensuring a thorough plan for every project.

Our Projects

We've had the privilege of working on numerous projects, including the Navajo Blue Travel Plaza, Twin Arrows, AZ, the Change Labs Project in Tuba City, AZ, the Taos Pueblo Water Administration Department Office and Shop, and the NTU Instructional Site in Chinle, AZ. Our team has also worked on the Avanyu North Buildings D, E & F in Albuquerque, NM. We're proud of the work we've done, and we're excited to take on new challenges.
