• Land Development: We provide site grading plans for the purpose of processing discretionary permits, including site development, neighborhood development, coastal development, and variance permits.
• Building Design Services: We offer new homes and home addition designs, structural engineering calculations, plans, and details, retaining walls designs and plans, and grading plans.
• Engineering Reports: We provide drainage reports, including hydrology and hydraulic studies, to analyze the surface runoff from storm events and design adequate storm drain facilities.
• Traffic Control Plans: We design and prepare traffic control plans to ensure the safe and efficient movement of traffic during construction projects.

Our CEO, Mahmoud Oriqat, P.E., is a self-motivated, team player, solution-oriented, and innovator with more than 35 years of broad-based professional knowledge and expertise in the United States and overseas. He has hands-on experience in the areas of engineering, planning, design, project management, construction management, inspection, and supervision of sewer systems, water lines, storm drains, roads, site development, and civil infrastructure projects.
