Our History

CEI was founded by S. Lynn Campbell, PE, a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina and a graduate of Clemson University. Under his leadership, the company focused on providing high-quality engineering services to local government agencies and private development projects. With a strong foundation built on trust and reliability, CEI has continued to thrive, expanding its capabilities to meet the ever-evolving needs of its clients.
