At Quantum Consulting Engineers, we are a structural engineering firm that specializes in the structural design for new and existing buildings. With over twenty years of commitment to clients locally and nationwide, we have extensive experience designing in structural steel, light-gauge steel, concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, and wood for the renovation, rehabilitation, and construction of a wide range of building types.

Services

We provide a multitude of services, from new design to renovations and additions, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, tenant improvements, shoring, investigation, and repairs. Our services include:

• Structural Engineering: The design of structures, foundations, shoring, cladding support, structural reviews, preservation engineering, failure investigations, and repairs.
• Seismic Engineering: Seismic hazard identification, vulnerability assessments, and retrofit design for buildings, structures, and non-structural components such as equipment.
• Structural Value Engineering: Includes value analysis, peer reviews, and constructability reviews.
• Shop Drawings: Production of structural steel fabrication and erection shop drawings for building steel framing, stairs, canopies, balconies, and other miscellaneous steel framed items.

Licenses

Quantum is licensed in 45 states and most Canadian provinces. Our engineers have a wealth of experience in providing structural engineering services outside of Washington state and navigating the rules and regulations of different municipalities.
