Our Story

Our story began in 1983 when John Brown E&C established a regional office in Mt. Vernon, Indiana to serve industrial clients in the Tri-State Area consisting of Southern Indiana, Southern Illinois, and Western Kentucky. Over the years, the same individuals who started with JBE&C continued to serve QualEx as employees, bringing along their valuable experience and expertise. Today, we have expanded our services to include a satellite office in Paducah, Kentucky to better serve our clients in Western Kentucky and extreme Southern Illinois.
