Our company was founded in 1993 by Debora and Eddie Wetherill, who have strived to create an environment that delivers big-firm results with a small-firm feel. Over the years, we have grown into a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that can handle projects from the planning phases through construction administration and close-out.

Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, and operating a branch office in Charlotte, NC, we are well-positioned to serve clients throughout the Carolinas and beyond. We are a Woman-Owned, Small Professional Services Firm (SPSF) registered with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and HUB certified with the North Carolina Department of Administration.

Our team consists of high-quality professionals with varying levels of experience, from one to 51 years in their respective disciplines. We believe in equipping our team with state-of-the-art tools and providing additional training and programs to optimize their expertise. This approach allows us to provide our clients with knowledgeable and highly responsive professionals who make great project partners.

Projects

We are proud to highlight some of our recent projects, including the Wilcox Bridge Inspections and Repair Recommendations in Davidson County, North Carolina. The Wilcox Bridge was built in 1922 and is 97 years old. The bridge parallels US 29/70, north of Spencer, North Carolina. Our team conducted a thorough inspection and provided repair recommendations to ensure the bridge's continued safety and functionality.
