Zerrecon Engineering Services is a consulting engineering firm specializing in small projects. We provide engineering expertise and services for various building-related and product development projects. Our founder, Ed Ellingson, started the company in 1974 as a part-time occupation and expanded it to a full-time business in 1995. Matt Soiney joined the firm in 2014 and became the President in 2015. Ed now assists Matt by working remotely, while Matt oversees the Wisconsin operations. Meanwhile, Ed has established Zerrecon, LLC in Colorado to extend our services to that state.

Meet Our Team

Ed Ellingson - Managing Member of Zerrecon, LLC in Estes Park, CO and Vice-President of Zerrecon, Inc. in Wisconsin. With his rural upbringing and diverse engineering background, Ed specializes in older buildings and ADA accommodations. He is a registered professional engineer in both Colorado and Wisconsin, with over 35 years of experience in the industry.

Matt Soiney - President of Zerrecon, Inc. Matt brings both engineering and construction experience, having worked with Zerrecon since 2014 and named President in 2015. He is a Wisconsin Professional Engineer and Commercial Building Inspector, with 8 years of experience in product design and 8 years in construction.
