Our team has over 200 years of combined design experience and has worked on numerous public, private, and federally-funded projects throughout the State of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and New York.

Our Team

Our team of leaders is comprised of experienced engineers who have a deep understanding of the engineering and construction industries. Our president, Avinash Mehta, has over 14 years of experience in managing engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client liaison activities. Terry Elnaggar, a principal of our firm, has extensive experience in program management, design, and construction management, and has served as an environmental expert for air permitting, soil and groundwater impacts, and hazardous waste treatment and disposal.

Bassam Mekari, another principal of our firm, has over 25 years of experience in design and construction management, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial processing engineering. Yoseph Shifare, our project director, has over 17 years of experience in project and construction management, including roadway, traffic, drainage/storm water management, water and wastewater, and landfill projects.

Our Certifications

We are proud to be certified by the Small Business Administration, the City of New Orleans, and the Louisiana Department of Economic Development as a Small Entrepreneurship SE (Hudson Initiative) firm. We are also certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the City of New Orleans, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, the New Orleans Aviation Board, and Harrah's Casino.
