Engineering Services

We offer a wide range of engineering services including new construction, existing construction, insurance purposes, and subdivision design. Our expertise extends to residential and commercial subdivisions, design and construction plans, contract administration, and construction observation and inspection. We also provide services for civil services such as drainage reports, road and street rehabilitation, water distribution, and sewage collection and treatment.

Land Surveying Services

In the realm of land surveying, we provide elevation certificates for new and existing construction, insurance purposes, and LOMA/LOMR-F. We also specialize in subdivision design, including family partitions, removal of small lots, and minor subdivisions. Our services also include builders packages, plot plans, no-work affidavits, and dirt pad layouts.

Boundary Surveys and Volume Calculations

For boundary surveys, we establish or verify property boundary lines by finding and/or placing permanent property markers. We also offer volume calculations for aggregate stockpiles and fill mitigation. Additionally, we provide miscellaneous services such as accident reconstruction surveys, right-of-way surveys, and as-built surveys for due diligence.
