George Gutierrez Jr., S.E. - President

George has been a practicing structural engineer since 2000 and joined Nagamine Okawa Engineers Inc. in 2004. His expertise spans across multiple sectors, including government projects, private developments, and residential construction.

Norman Nagamine, S.E. - Vice President

Norman has been practicing structural engineering since 1979 and founded the firm in 1992. His extensive experience and leadership have shaped the company into the success it is today.

Dwight Okawa, S.E. - Vice President
