Our Team

Our team is led by two experienced principals, Emilio J. Solis, P.E., and Jeffrey S. Parker, P.E., who are supported by a well-qualified team of engineering professionals. With a combined experience of over 64 years, our principals have worked on a wide range of projects, including civil projects, earthwork, bridges, highway signage, drainage, and industrial/commercial building design.
