Our History

Founded in 2001 by professional engineers Nimr Tamimi and Yen Wen Fang of Hilo, Hawaii, EPI has grown in size and stature over the years. Today, we are a multi-office, multidisciplinary consultancy firm that offers large-firm services in a small-firm environment. As a HUBZone Certified Small Business, we are committed to providing cutting-edge design solutions to public and private clients of all sizes and regions.
