Our Expertise

Established in 2005, CDG offers engineering services in the fields of land development and structural design. Our team has successfully provided technical studies, grading plans, and utility design for numerous commercial and residential projects throughout Southern California since its inception. We have also provided complete structural analysis and detail design for residential and commercial developments.

Meet Our Leadership

Our company is led by two esteemed professionals, Massood Gaskari and Morteza Azizian, who have been business partners for many years. With extensive experience in forensic engineering, they provide forensic engineering services for buildings that are under distress and/or lack adequate structural support.

About Our Principal Owners

• Massood Gaskari, PE: Mr. Gaskari has a wide range of experience in forensic engineering, construction administration, and management. He is an expert in structural design, including various types of foundations, framing systems for various construction materials, simple to complex retaining walls, and floor slabs for any geological conditions.
• Morteza Azizian, V.P.: Mr. Azizian has expertise in structural analysis and/or detailed design for buildings, for both residential and commercial projects. He has also supervised and coordinated the preparation of plans and specifications of projects, interviewed and selected suppliers, and negotiated fees and prepared supplier agreements.

• Construction Planning: We provide construction planning services, including grading plans and design, street and storm drainage improvement plans, fire service plans, utility plans, hydrology reports and drainage studies, permit processing and agency coordination, and stormwater technical programs.
