• David Frashier, P.E.: Co-founder and Principal/Co-Owner, holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a licensed professional engineer.
• Victor Castillo, P.E.: Principal/Co-Owner, possesses a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M - Kingsville and a Master's Degree in Natural Gas Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
