Our Expertise

Our principal areas of expertise include civil engineering, environmental engineering, and environmental services. In civil engineering, we provide planning and design support for residential, commercial, and building construction projects, as well as evaluations of existing facilities. For environmental engineering, we offer planning, design, and evaluation support for projects involving water distribution and treatment systems, sanitary sewage collection and treatment systems, and more. Our environmental services include permit acquisition and compliance support, phase 1 environmental assessments, and construction/industrial storm water pollution prevention plans.

Our Experience

With over 35 years of combined experience, our team has worked with customers, governmental organizations, regulatory agencies, and others to identify project requirements and objectives, develop project milestones and schedules, monitor project development progress, coordinate project review and milestone submittals, and ensure project completion within budget and time constraints. Our experience spans from working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to providing services for private clients in Mississippi and Louisiana.

Meet Our President

Bobby G. Carpenter, P.E., is the President of Carpenter Engineering, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. With over 35 years of experience, he is a licensed professional engineer in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. He has worked on numerous technical and engineering-related projects and activities throughout his career.
