Our Commercial Engineering Department collaborates with architects and developers to provide construction documents, permitting, and construction administration for various projects, including office parks, healthcare facilities, industrial parks, hotels, parks and recreation, senior living facilities, golf courses, and community septic systems. Our expertise includes office parks like Mary Our Queen Church, Thrive Atlanta, Hilton Garden Inn, and more.

Multi-Family Engineering

Our Multi-Family Engineering Department specializes in single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. Our services include master planning, site feasibility and due diligence, low-impact development, conservation subdivisions, economic site grading and design, stormwater management and water quality, utility coordination, and value engineering review. Notable projects include The Bluffs at Lenox Townhomes, Buckhead Park North Townhomes, Market District at Crabapple, Felton Townhomes, Edgewood Condominiums, and 22 Airline Street Condominiums.

Our founder, Martin Shields, is an expert witness and litigator with over three decades of experience in civil and structural engineering. He provides expert witness services and litigation support for civil and structural engineering cases. Forensic Engineering
