Our Story

Our journey began with a shared passion for engineering and a desire to build strong relationships with our clients. Our Managing Partner, Janelle Clayton, PE, PTOE, has over 17 years of experience in traffic engineering, while our Co-Owners, Mark Stuempel, PE, PTOE, and Lee Baer, PE, bring their expertise in design, project management, and traffic studies. Our team's diverse background and expertise enable us to offer a full range of traffic engineering services to both public and private sector clients.
