Our journey began with a clear vision to create a unique organization that combines expertise in engineering and design. Our founders, Sarah Emily Colby and Calen Colby, aimed to build a firm that would provide exceptional service, unique opportunities for professional growth, and a respectful workplace. Today, we are proud to be recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work in Maine" for six consecutive years.

• Architecture: With a focus on planning studies, design, and construction administration, our architects bring a deep understanding of spatial planning and design principles.
• Civil Engineering: Our civil engineers provide expertise in site permitting, utility design, roadway design, and more.
• Structural Engineering: Our structural engineers specialize in new and renovated buildings, as well as heavy industrial applications.
• Mechanical Engineering: From HVAC to industrial waste heat, our mechanical engineers provide comprehensive expertise in various fields.
