• Bruce Markgren, P.E., President, has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, serving in both the public and private sectors. He joined Cooper Engineering in 1999 and became President in 2014.
• Steve Poethke, P.E., Vice President of Civil and Environmental Engineering Services, has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on wastewater treatment and water supply.
• Scot Balsavich, P.E., Vice President of Transportation and Construction Services, has over 30 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on highway design and construction management.
• Kelley Draeger, CPA, Vice President of Business and Operations, has over 25 years of experience in business and operations management, with a focus on financial management and strategic planning.
• Brad Volker, P.E., Vice President of Aviation Services, has over 30 years of experience in aviation engineering, with a focus on airport planning and design.
