Pete Pawlak, SE - President

With over 40 years of experience as an engineer, Pete has had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects. When he's not at his desk, you can find him enjoying recreational hiking, gardening, and working on older model cars.

Ty Bartley, SE - Vice President

Ty joined Bartley Pawlak in 2012 as a project manager and became a partner in the firm in 2020. With 19 years of experience in engineering and structural analysis, he has worked on various commercial, public works, and residential projects.

Mark LaCasse, CFO

As a founding partner of Bartley Pawlak, Mark has a background in finance and accounting. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, mountain climbing, and skiing.
