Helland, P.E./P.L.S. in 1976, the company has since grown and evolved to become a trusted and reputable firm in the area. ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys

As members of the American Land Title Association (ALTA), we understand the importance of conducting surveys that meet the minimum standard detail requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. Our team of experienced surveyors uses the latest technology to ensure that our surveys are accurate, complete, and timely.

Boundary Surveys

Whether you need to retraverse an existing legal description or create a new parcel, we can provide you with the expertise and expertise you need. Our surveys include a "Plat of Survey" that will be prepared and recorded in the county where the survey was conducted.

Elevation Certificates

We can prepare Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Elevation Certificates required by mortgage companies on property that FEMA shows by their Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) to be in a "Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA)". We also assist clients in applying for Letters of Map Amendment (LOMA) or Letters of Map Revision Based on Fill (LOMR-F) to remove their property from the Special Flood Hazard Area.

Monument Preservation Certificates

If your firm is performing construction activities that will disturb existing monuments, you need to file a "Monument preservation certificate" that is recorded in the county where the work was performed.
