Our Services

At Aesthetic Engineering, we specialize in custom homes, additions, remodels, and commercial buildings. Our team of experts combines the knowledge and skills needed to design structurally sound buildings, and we prioritize communication with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the understanding and fulfillment of the project vision and deadline. We understand the complexity of analysis and detailing associated with heavy snow and seismic loads, and our civil design abilities include site plans, grading plans, utility plans, landscape plans, pools, structural design and analysis, foundation plans, framing plans, and lateral force resistant (SHEAR) plans.

We have an in-house team of skilled draftsmen who can create plans for your project, or you can choose to outsource your drafting. We can work to fit your needs and preferences. Our Team

Our team at Aesthetic Engineering is led by Trevor J. Averett, Principal Engineer, who is a registered professional engineer in Nevada and California. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, and has advanced studies in Earthquake Engineering and Structural Analysis. He is supported by a team of experienced engineers, designers, and drafters who share his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Scott W. Davis, Designer/Draftsman, has an Associate of Applied Science degree from ITT Technical Institute in Bothell, Washington, and nine years of drafting experience. Mark P. Fermoile, Designer/Draftsman, has a background in Landscape Architectural Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and also has nine years of drafting experience. Lisa Averett, Office Manager, has five years of management experience and oversees the administrative aspects of our business.
