Our Story

Our founder, Brent Wright, a talented structural engineer, started the company with a small office in Las Vegas and a modest start-up loan. His dedication to excellence, combined with his passion for structural engineering, laid the foundation for our company's success. Over the years, we have expanded our operations to other states, acquiring STB Structural Engineers in 2023, which further strengthened our capabilities in K-12 and higher-ed facilities. We have been recognized as one of the fastest-growing engineering firms and as the nation's #1 structural engineering firm to work for.

Our Leadership

At the helm of our organization is Brent Wright, a licensed structural engineer in all 50 states, who sets the vision and direction of the firm. He is a recipient of the Structural Engineers Association of Southern Nevada's Award for Outstanding Service and has served as Chairman of the Board of Appeals for the City of Las Vegas Department of Building and Safety. Our leadership team consists of experienced engineers who have earned degrees from prestigious institutions and possess expertise in various aspects of structural engineering.
