• Structural Rehabilitation: Together, we have over 50 years of experience in structural rehabilitation, offering a full range of integrated services including condition assessments, testing, specifications preparation, bid & permit prep and project management.

• Environmental Assessments: Our team conducts Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments according to ASTM E1527-21 standards. We evaluate present conditions, research and analyze past circumstances, and predict future environmental risks to inform property investments.

• Catalogger Image MGMT: With a simple interface, Catalogger allows users to quickly access and share survey images to guide maintenance, repair, and improvement projects. Image data is stored on the cloud and can be viewed on multiple devices via a password-protected portal.

• Project Management: Our project management services allow us to oversee the implementation job specifications, coordinate project schedules, manage changes in scope of work, and resolve unexpected issues-all to save our clients time and money.
