On the other hand, a customer had a traumatic experience at a Kohl's store. A man took pictures of them and their family, including their two toddlers, and then questioned their immigration status, threatened them, and hurled racial slurs. The incident was reported to the store manager, and the perpetrator fled the scene when the police were called.
