Engineering Packages for Permitting

SL Engineering provides design services beyond the inspection to design a preliminary or final engineering package for bidding and/or permitting. Each package typically includes vertical (gravity) load-carrying elements, such as roofing, purlins, rafters, joists, beams, frames, headers, slabs, floors, foundations, footings, and subgrades. We will incorporate wind and seismic lateral load requirements into the design, tailoring each package to the specific location. Our packages cater to various projects, including residential and light commercial or industrial remodels, additions, garage remodels, and ADUs. We also offer calculation packages for residential and light commercial or industrial projects.
