- Brian Moskow, PE: With over 18 years of experience in structural engineering design, Brian leads the team as Principal-in-Charge.
- Dianne Resetco: With over 20 years of experience in office administration and management, Dianne manages financial and human resources.
- Aidan Cruz: As our Senior CAD Designer, Aidan creates detailed structural drawings using 2D and 3D drafting software.
- Aaron McMillan: Aaron joined our team in 2020 and is part of our Structural Engineering Department.

Positive Experiences

He notes that the owner is one of the few engineers who genuinely understands his own math and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure success.
Negative Experiences
However, Author Kashif Hamid shares a disappointing and frustrating experience. He was initially quoted an hourly rate without any discussion about a minimum number of hours. The engineer arrived for only 15 minutes, provided the necessary input, and then charged him for 1.5 hours. When Kashif confronted the office manager, she claimed that the extra time was spent on travel and documentation, which he never received. The owner, who also happens to be the engineer, insisted on a minimum of two hours, despite the office manager's earlier denial.
Kashif feels totally scammed and regrets not researching other options before hiring Red Engineering. He warns others to be cautious and to look for businesses with better work ethics.
