Apex Engineering: A Firm to Avoid
Apex Engineering has been criticized for producing subpar work. The author of this review, Chris Cheatham, had a particularly disastrous experience with the firm. He gave them a 1-star rating out of 5.
The review highlights several issues with Apex Engineering. First, the engineering report produced by the firm was deficient, lacking essential information about materials and location. When Chris asked the engineer, Dan Meyer, to rectify the issue, Dan responded by saying he would charge extra for the additional work. This was unacceptable to Chris, who felt it was part of the original agreement.
Moreover, the principal of the firm, Clayton Hess, failed to respond to Chris's emails or return his calls. This lack of communication and accountability is a red flag for potential clients. Chris's experience has led him to strongly recommend against using Apex Engineering, advising others to find a better firm to address their engineering needs.
