Negative: Customer service is rude and uncooperative.

Parking Information

The parking situation has been clarified by one reviewer, who provided detailed information on where to park, including an address (1721 8th Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109) and an alternative option across the street from the building on the east side of Westlake Avenue.

Customer Service Issues

However, there are concerns about the customer service experience. One reviewer had a poor experience, describing the staff as extremely rude over the phone and uncooperative, as they refused to provide a bid and insisted on only using email communication.
