Inefficiencies and Inaccuracies Mar the Experience
Delays and Lack of Communication
The reviewer, Jamie Lee, had a disappointing experience with the boundary survey service. Despite being told that the survey would be completed within a week, it took over a month and a half to receive the final product. The reviewer had to call multiple times to inquire about the status of the survey, only to be met with silence.
Inaccurate Results
To make matters worse, the initial survey was riddled with errors. The surveyors failed to locate a fence on the property and incorrectly identified the street on which the property was located. When the reviewer brought these mistakes to the company's attention, it took several more weeks to receive a revised copy.
Lack of Proactive Communication
Throughout the process, the company failed to communicate proactively with the reviewer, leaving them to wonder about the status of the survey and revised copy. This lack of communication added to the frustration and disappointment.
