Our Story

At Boulder Engineering Studio (BES), we are passionate about engineering design and development. Our journey began with a shared vision to make engineering design and manufacturing more accessible, so that our clients could provide creative solutions for unmet market needs. Our founders, Dan Bodenstein and Jone Lay, wanted to bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and real-world applications. Today, we are a full-scale engineering design and product development firm, dedicated to helping our clients bring innovative products to market.
