With over 30+ years of experience, Greg specializes in single-family residence design, collaborating with home owners, architects, production builders, and trade consultants. His in-depth knowledge of construction, building codes, and the needs of builders, trades, and municipalities allows for the development of innovative solutions for the design and construction process. Greg has personally designed or overseen the design of various projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.

Sheri brings over 15 years of experience to her role in overseeing the administration, IT, financial, and human resources areas of the company. Her leadership keeps the headquarters of Felten Group running smoothly and efficiently.

Rich also boasts over 30 years of diverse, practical, and professional leadership experience in residential construction. His expertise in national production home building, custom home building, multi-state trade contracting, residential design, architecture, engineering, and materials manufacturing make him an invaluable addition to the team.

Our wide range of services includes the following:

• Architecture

Our designers possess over 600 years of combined experience and creativity to create schematic home designs for entry-level production homes to expansive custom homes. Our design and engineering staff will work with professionals preparing Construction Documents from the completed schematic design to ensure a seamless integration of architectural and engineering requirements for the most cost-effective and constructible projects.

• Engineering

Our residential structural engineering design and drafting services are a core strength of our firm. With over 440 years of widely varied cumulative engineering and drafting experience, we can handle any structural engineering challenge. Our field staff meticulously walks framed structures to observe construction for compliance with the engineered design.

• Forensics

Our engineers and field service staff are available for observations for homeowners, builders, attorneys, and insurance companies. In addition, we use scientific instruments such as manometers, moisture meters, pacomete, r ferroscans, and total station for non-destructive field measurements. Our most experienced engineers are available for expert testimony in court, depositions, or mediation/arbitration. We have testified on numerous occasions.
