Who We Are

GRW is a full-service engineering, architectural, and geospatial consulting firm that has been helping clients in the public and private sectors to plan, design, and implement high-performance solutions that provide the best value and outcome for their projects. Since our inception in 1964, we have grown to become a national design firm with offices in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

Our history dates back to 1964 when our founder, Mr. G. Reynolds Watkins, established our company with a vision to provide engineering services to federal, state, municipal, and private industry clients. Over the years, we have expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Today, we have a team of approximately 180 engineers, architects, landscape architects, planners, and geospatial specialists who bring their unique customer insights and expertise to deliver award-winning, highly functional projects.
