Our office is located in the West Loop of Chicago, where we continue to provide outstanding structural engineering services to our clients. Structural Design and Detailing
Our team provides structural design and detailing services for a wide variety of projects, including new construction, renovation, and addition projects involving commercial, institutional, and residential clients. We offer construction administration and bidding services to ensure that our clients' projects are completed on time and within budget.
Condition Assessments and Engineer's Reports
We provide condition assessment reports for residential and commercial properties, which involve a visit to the property to observe existing framing, foundations, and walls for code compliance issues and defects affecting the structural integrity and stability. Our reports highlight areas of concern with photos and repair recommendations.
Specialty Projects
Our specialty projects include temporary construction shoring, earth retention, temporary structures, non-building structures, structural steel connection design, stairs and railings, and wood bowstring trusses. We also provide expert witness services, including reports and testimony in a variety of cases.
Structural Repair Services
Our structural repair services include drawings and details addressing repairs of concrete and masonry walls, concrete, wood, and steel framing, and foundations involving a variety of building and facade types and conditions.
