W. Lawrence Phillips, Jr., P.E. - President & Electrical Principal
Lawrence Phillips has over 25 years of experience in the electrical consulting engineering industry. He graduated from Southern College of Technology in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines have given him a highly respected reputation in the industry. Lawrence is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), Georgia Society of Professional Engineers (GSPE), Illumination Engineering Society (IES), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
Craig Gradick, P.E., LEED AP - Senior Vice President & Mechanical Principal
Craig Gradick has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC consulting engineering industry. He received a BSAgE - Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia in 1984 and a BME - Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1988. He is also LEED certified. Craig is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), and US Green Building Council.
Clay Freels, P.E., LEED AP - Vice President & Mechanical/Plumbing Principal
Clay Freels has over 15 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry as a Plumbing Engineer. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering. Clay has worked on a diverse list of projects, including Public Schools, Private Schools, Personal Fitness Facilities, Museums, Hotels, Multi-Family Housing, Office Buildings, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Medical Buildings, Laboratories, Correctional Facilities, and Generator Fuel Systems. He is familiar with the special plumbing requirements of "green" buildings and has worked on LEED building projects. Clay is a member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).
