Our journey began with Marty Penhallegon, a visionary who established Penhallegon and Associates Consulting Engineers (PACE) in 1992. Through strategic acquisitions and the recruitment of top talent, we have expanded our services and geographical reach, transforming into the comprehensive engineering firm we are today.

Overcharging and Delays
Stephen Z., a dissatisfied client, gave PACE a 1-star rating and shared a negative experience. He claimed that PACE overcharged him on two civil engineering projects, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in delays that lasted for years. Additionally, PACE provided inaccurate information about what would be approved by the city for dividing property. The engineer even warned him that, if he mentioned PACE to another contractor, they would refuse to work with them due to PACE's poor reputation.
