Our People and Their Experience
PK Associates' principals bring hundreds of years of combined experience in structural engineering. Co-founder and P.E., S.E., Clifford Paul, has been practicing engineering for over 40 years, working with students and industry professionals to teach structural engineering at Arizona State University and the University of Arizona. His co-founder and P.E., S.E., Jack Koehler, immediately began practicing structural engineering in the Phoenix Metro area after graduation and co-founded Paul Koehler Engineers in 1992.
Our team includes Steve Slonaker, P.E., S.E., Partner and Director, who serves as an engineer of record, oversees engineers, manages projects, and provides construction administration. Christa Chau, P.E., S.E., LEED AP, Partner and Director, ensures project success with aligned project goals, manages a studio of engineers, and provides overall design and project management.
