Leadership

Our leadership team is committed to ensuring that every project we undertake meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity. Our President, Rick A. Rivera, founded the company in 2005 and has since grown the firm to 30 full-time engineers and support staff. Under his leadership, we have successfully completed a variety of projects, including road and bridge reconstruction, toll plazas, commuter rail station construction management, utility coordination, and maintenance of traffic coordination.

Services

We offer a range of services including project management, program management, construction management, design services, utility design and field services, and construction inspection. Our team is experienced in all aspects of project documentation and is certified by IDOT to provide construction project documentation for IDOT and Illinois Tollway projects.
