Our Team

Our team is composed of experienced professionals with significant expertise in their respective fields. Our leadership team includes Howard Resnick, PE, LEED AP, our President and Principal Engineer, who has a comprehensive understanding of civil engineering and land development. John Oglesby, PE, CPESC, our Raleigh Branch Manager, brings a wealth of experience in designing stormwater drainage and treatment systems, as well as erosion and sedimentation control plans. Our engineering technicians, Rodney Wright and Jeremy Martin, possess a strong combination of technical and communication skills, which enables them to effectively work with clients and regulatory agencies.
