Our Team

At Adams & Hodge Engineering, PC, we believe that teamwork is essential to achieving success. Each member of our team brings unique skills and expertise, working together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Donnie Adams, PE, serves as our President, managing the day-to-day operations and focusing on planning, entitlement, construction management, and client relations. He believes that hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude are key to achieving greatness.

Andrew Hodge, PE, is our Vice President and leads the construction design team, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality construction plans and necessary permits. He is dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that our clients' visions become a reality.

Amy Stancil, Senior CAD Designer, has been working in home design for over 25 years and has expanded her knowledge in land design and construction at Adams & Hodge Engineering. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to turn their visions into reality.

Holland Adams, Office Manager and Human Resources, manages the daily administrative, clerical, and human resources operations of the company. She enjoys working with the team to meet clients' needs and delivering plans to governmental agencies, reminding her that "We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps."

Eva King, PE, Senior Civil Engineer, specializes in residential, commercial, and municipal site design, with a passion for stormwater design. She is excited to bring her skills to Adams & Hodge Engineering and broaden her experience in civil/site design.

Amanda Grimm, PE, Civil Engineer, loves designing projects from start to finish and seeing them become a reality. She is grateful to be part of such a welcoming and helpful team.

Ben Anstead, Civil Engineer, is a recent graduate from NC State University and is excited to work with a great team that already feels like family. He is eager to learn and grow with Adams & Hodge Engineering.
