Our Purpose

At ES3, our mission is to improve the performance, maintenance, and supply of mission-critical and safety-of-flight components while reducing the environmental impact of aerospace production processes and the hazardous exposures of aviation maintenance crews. We strive to be a leader in the industry by providing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Our Facilities

ES3 operates over 200,000 square feet of customized office, laboratory, and production facilities in seven locations across the United States and Austria. Our facilities are designed to provide our engineers, researchers, and technicians with a conducive work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.

Engineering Capabilities

ES3 provides technical expertise in all aspects of landing gear systems research, test, and evaluation, design and analysis, repair and maintenance. Our team of mechanical, electrical, and logistics experts work together to provide solutions for aircraft operators, including research and development, test and evaluation, and performance qualification of new wheel, brake, and antiskid configurations.

Environmental Initiatives

At ES3, we are committed to finding Environmentally Preferred Alternatives (EPAs) to traditional corrosion prevention methods that can harm the environment. Our state-of-the-art facility and team of engineers and testing staff are dedicated to defining component-specific parameters and procedures for applying advanced surface solutions that are free from hazardous materials.

Testing, Diagnostics, & Analysis

ES3 offers customized testing services to support system and component redesigns. Our expertise includes static testing, fatigue testing, and digital fatigue analysis. We also perform forensic inspection and analysis to support new component designs or redesigns.

Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul

ES3's team of experts includes aerospace engineers, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and aircraft A&P licensed mechanics, logistics, and ground support personnel. We provide a range of services, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul, modifications, upgrades, and enhancements, including structural and electrical modifications to aircraft.
