Experienced Leadership

Mark Bender, P.E., brings over four decades of mechanical engineering experience to Bender Dean Engineering. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Mark is a licensed engineer in the State of California and holds LEED certification. His extensive industry involvement includes serving as past president of both the San Diego Chapter of ASHRAE and the San Diego Chapter of ASPE, demonstrating his dedication to professional development and industry advancements.

Curt Dean, P.E., has over 35 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field. A graduate of San Diego State University, Curt is also a licensed engineer in the State of California and holds memberships in ASHRAE, CSHE, ASME, and NSPE. This diverse background ensures a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and evolving technologies.
