Our Leadership Team

Leading our team is R. Neal Rich, P.E., Managing Partner and Senior Engineer. With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of power systems design, installation, operation, and maintenance, Mr. Rich is responsible for the complete operation of the firm. He manages the overall structure and operational direction of the company, including the development and maintenance of company strategies and vision. Prior to founding ASSET, Mr. Rich led the substation EPC group for General Electric. He now leads and mentors our team of professional engineers, sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise on a broad array of client projects.
