Unprofessional Conduct
Engineering Service, a surveying company, has received two devastating reviews from customers, Jeremiah Worthy and Mario Payan. Both reviewers express disappointment and frustration with the company's professionalism, quality, and value.
Surveying Issues
Jeremiah Worthy's review details his poor experience with Baker Bryant from Engineering Service. Worthy agreed to a $1,200 survey of 2.21 acres, but the surveyors failed to complete the job. When Worthy asked if they needed assistance, such as water or clearing the property, they denied the help. Three hours later, Worthy returned to find no progress. The surveyors were unable to find iron rods in the ground, and the company's reputation suffered.
Unacceptable Behavior
Worthy's review highlights Baker Bryant's unacceptable behavior, including cursing, threatening to place a lien on Worthy's property, and denying knowledge of job cancellation. Worthy spent hours cutting the grass to prepare for the survey and was met with excuses and lies. The company's lack of professionalism and integrity led to a disappointing experience.
Mario Payan's review echoes Worthy's concerns, stating that Engineering Service threatens customers with liens after they cancel and curses out their customers. Payan also mentions that the company treated a friend poorly, leading Payan to conclude that it will be his last time dealing with the unprofessional servicing company.
Conclusion
Engineering Service has faced criticism for its poor professionalism, quality, and value. The company's reputation has suffered due to the failure to complete surveys, unacceptable behavior, and lack of integrity. It is essential for customers to exercise caution when engaging with this company.
