Our Team

Our team at Hicks Engineering comprises of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering the highest standards of engineering practice. Our Principal, Jason Hicks, is a licensed Professional Engineer and President of the firm. He grew up in western Washington and discovered Montana during his college experience. Jason is a proud father of three and enjoys working with a great group of enthusiastic, bright, and friendly employees at Hicks Engineering. Tom Kujawa, our Vice President, is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the development, design, and management of a wide variety of building projects. Our third Principal, Randy Reddig, grew up in northeast Montana and has over a decade of experience in the development, design, and management of building projects of all scales. Calvin Reahard, our youngest team member, is a structural engineer passionate about designing real-life projects that fulfill an architect's wildest dreams while keeping the project cost-efficient and constructible.
